Total Line Refrigeration is looking for a Commercial Service Technician
Service, repair, and maintain commercial food service equipment in restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other institutional kitchens. Ensure safe operation, minimal downtime, and compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, ice machines)
- Troubleshoot electrical, gas, steam, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
- Install and commission new equipment
Follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements - Communicate with kitchen managers, chefs, and facilities teams
- Complete service reports and manage parts/tools inventory
- Participate in on-call or after-hours rotation as needed
- High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
- 2+ years commercial food service equipment experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and service manuals
- Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 75 lbs
- EPA 608 Certification
- CFESA or manufacturer certifications
- Restaurants, hospitals, schools, and institutional facilities
- Field-based with travel to customer sites
