Job Overview

Introduce customers to the world’s most robust network while delivering best-in-class service. You’ll elevate the customer experience by installing and activating state‑of‑the‑art technology worldwide.

• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses installing broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services.
• Install and activate new lines, climb ladders, and plug in Wi‑Fi networks.
• Maintain safety and customer relations daily.

• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and overtime possible.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift up to 60 lbs; total body weight less than 325 lbs.
• Work in small spaces or up to 28 ft. aloft.
• Available for emergency callouts.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre‑employment assessments.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Hourly $21.25–$29.78. Average starting earnings $44,200 per year, commensurate with geography and experience.
