Our client, a well‑established, family‑oriented property management company is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service residential HVAC and high‑rise boiler systems across Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on HVAC and boiler experience who values stability, independence, and consistent work.

Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and replace pumps as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment.
• Provide reliable, timely service across multiple properties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities.

Qualifications/Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Current HVAC certification (CFC required)
• Experience with Johnson HVAC systems (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between communities.
• 2+ years of residential or apartment HVAC/boiler experience.
• Ability to service, diagnose, and repair HVAC and boiler systems.
