You’ll develop expertise in a critical industry, work alongside a supportive team, and have opportunities to travel both domestically and internationally across locations such as California, Alaska, Canada, and Europe.

• Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' equipment
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care
• Promote and sell additional products and services
• Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
• Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance customer experience
• Communicate the benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the customer

• Preferred 2+ years’ service-related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanically inclined and like to work with your hands
• Great organizational skills/Active listening and communication skills
• Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
• Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
• Ability to accurately repair customer equipment ensuring quality workmanship
• Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours
