• Ability to diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems
• Problem‑solving skills; work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication with customers and support staff
• Keep van stocked and tools sharp
• Deliver quality service and integrity each day
• Be reliable resource for nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies
• Invest in skills through training and certifications
• Pass background check
• Valid driver’s license

• Universal EPA certification
• 2+ years commercial HVAC – refrigeration experience a big plus
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, heating principles; proficiency reading schematics and work plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic technology skills – navigate mobile apps & documentation with ease

• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs; move heavy objects
• Work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces)
• Climb ladders and work at heights up to 45 ft or higher – strong balance and coordination
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
• Dexterity for connecting electrical components and precise measurements
• Follow all applicable safety procedures
