This position supports JLL’s operational excellence by performing essential maintenance and repair work across building systems and equipment. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will utilize practical skills across multiple trades to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained, directly contributing to JLL’s commitment to delivering exceptional property management services to our clients.

This position operates under the Local 18s Union.

• Replace and repair electrical components including receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water coolers, and toilets
• Paint structures and equipment to maintain aesthetic and protective standards
• Repair and replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles as needed
• Perform door hanging and lock installation tasks
• Replace broken windowpanes and perform general equipment maintenance

• Practical knowledge and skill in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and safety procedures
• 1 year of experience

Location: Cleveland, OH

Work Shift: 2nd shift, Wednesday‑Sunday 3:30 pm‑12 am

Salary/Comp: $65,998.00 ($31.72 per hour)

65,998.00 – 65,998.00 USD per year (This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined based on candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.)
