Full-Time (Monday to Friday) - Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Annually

Your Role as a Maintenance Technician
- General Maintenance & Repairs – Perform structural repairs, including plaster/sheetrock/drywall, carpentry, painting, interior/exterior doors, plumbing (unblocking sinks/toilets, repairing leaks), and basic electrical repairs.
- Organization – Ensure proper use and storage of tools.
- Installation & Assembly – Replace light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures, and emergency lighting systems; install bulletin boards, pictures, and signage.
- Furniture & Ceilings – Assist with moving furniture, replacing ceiling tiles, and cleaning up after your assigned work.
- Compliance & Safety – Adhere to safety policies, PPE requirements, and exposure control measures while maintaining student confidentiality under FERPA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Emergency Support – Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, respond to after‑hours emergency calls, and travel to regional locations as needed.
- Administrative Duties – Complete work logs, work order status forms, and time sheets.
- Communication – Communicate with the Regional Director of Facilities on work requests.
- Customer Service – Work around kids and staff with a level of customer service to best represent the schools.
- Other Duties – Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in general repair services.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Basic knowledge of drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
