Winn Underground Services LLC is looking for dependable and detail‑oriented Drill Locators to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding drilling equipment operators using locating technology, ensuring precise placement of underground utilities and infrastructure. You will work closely with Drill Operators and crew members to maintain project accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate utility locating equipment to monitor drill head position and depth.
• Communicate drill head location and directional changes to Drill Operators in real time.
• Maintain awareness of existing underground utilities to prevent damage.
• Assist with job site setup, safety inspections, and equipment checks.
• Record drilling data and complete necessary reports.
• Work with crew to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in utility locating, drilling, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus, but not required).
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, and lifting in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to use Subsite or Digitrack locating software.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday.
