Service Technician positions (Associate, Service or Senior) keep installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment running smoothly. You will lead installations, manage on‑call rotation, and mentor junior team members as appropriate.

- Diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment – refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing systems.
- Handle on‑call rotation and complex troubleshooting with confidence.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts organized and ready for action.
- Team collaboration: learn from experienced technicians or mentor junior members, share best practices.
- Lead and follow safety protocols, ensuring every install and repair meets manufacturer standards.
- Perform regular safety checks on tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Use company tablet to document work orders and service reports accurately.
- Partner with customers, manufacturers, and sales reps to provide top‑notch service.
- Apply creative problem‑solving to challenging repair situations.
- Associate Technician – Entry‑level with mechanical aptitude or related technical education.
- Service Technician – 1–2 years of experience servicing or installing commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
- Senior Service Technician – 3+ years of advanced experience leading complex installations and mentoring.
- Technical or trade school training preferred (especially refrigeration).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for training during the first two weeks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen post‑offer acceptance.
- Lift up to 75 lbs safely.
- Stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb as needed.
- Use hands and tools with precision and care.
