We're looking for a skilled, motivated Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our growing team.
Job OverviewAs a Hydraulic Hose Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings in a mobile, field-based environment. You will lead by example with top-tier mechanical skills and exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical know-how, reliability, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems on-site for industrial and mobile equipment
- Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings in the field and shop
- Lead and train technicians as needed
Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment - Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service during all service calls
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial repair)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems
- Experience with industrial equipment and outdoor work is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
