Hydraulic Hose Technician

We specialize in on‑site hydraulic hose repair and replacement, serving a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and more. We're looking for a skilled, motivated Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our growing team.

As a Hydraulic Hose Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings in a mobile, field‑based environment. You will lead by example with top‑tier mechanical skills and exceptional customer service. This is a hands‑on role that requires mechanical know‑how, reliability, and leadership.

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems on‑site for industrial and mobile equipment
• Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings in the field and shop
• Lead and train technicians as needed
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
• Provide excellent customer service during all service calls
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial repair)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems
• Experience with industrial equipment and outdoor work is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and dependable
