This position is 100% in office. The employee will work full time in an office at a designated Wes Banco location.
Consideration for location will be Akron Market.

Repair physical plant equipment and systems and maintain them in such a state of repair as to prevent disruption of the banking process or personnel discomfort.

• Perform preventative maintenance to all mechanical equipment (40%)
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical system problems (10%)
• Perform electrical maintenance work, bend conduit and pull wire (10%)
• Perform major plumbing repairs, solder pipe, and operate electric snake (10%)
• Perform carpentry work, framing, drywall and drywall finishing (10%)
• Operate hand and power tools and shop equipment (10%)
• Operate HVAC and mechanical equipment to maintain proper temperatures and energy management (10%)
• Ability to work at other Wes Banco locations as needed, may include overnight travel.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the work.
• Complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license.
• Universal Refrigerant Recovery License or other trade certification.

Regular standing, use of hands, reaching, and speech; frequent walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lifting of 10 to 100 pounds; close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision required; ability to work in loud environment, high places, fumes, weather conditions, and with electrical shock risk.

The wage range for the Technician‑Licensed position is $21.00–$24.00 an hour. This position is eligible for overtime. The position includes 17 days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays and 1 float holiday. • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Universal Refrigerant Recovery License or other trade certification.
• Ability to work at other Wes Banco locations as needed, may include overnight travel.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
