Director of Security Risk Management, Keller Executive Search International – Cleveland, OH.
Our client is seeking a Director of Security Risk Management to lead and oversee the development and implementation of security risk management strategies across the organization. This role involves identifying potential security risks, assessing their impact, and formulating mitigation strategies to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement security risk management policies and frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with various departments to address security vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response efforts and manage security breaches.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to enhance risk management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in security risk management or a related role.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Certifications such as CRISC or CISM are preferred.

- Competitive salary, reflective of your experience ( $180,000 to $240,000 depending on experience)
