Security Officer Flex Unarmed Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, garages, and exterior perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, documenting details, and escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Monitor entrances, loading areas, and other designated points for authorized access, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors in accordance with site policies.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management as required.
