Security Officer - Mobile Response Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations, and report findings per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting actions taken, and requesting additional resources when needed;
Support access control at designated areas by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials when assigned, assisting with way finding, and helping to maintain orderly visitor flow;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and help to support a consistent security-related presence through professional interactions
