Security Officer - Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Apartment Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and security-related protocols, and/or supporting emergency response activities when directed.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and calls for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate campus contacts and/or public responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, parking locations, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.;
Monitor entry points and common areas, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization when applicable, and report policy violations and/or concerning behavior through established reporting channels.;
Complete routine reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives during shift turnovers.
