As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors with clear communication, responsive customer service, and calm presence, including around vaccine-related operations.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting areas, and entrances and/or exterior areas such as parking lots and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting concerns, and requesting additional support as needed.

+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing doors, gates, and common areas, and by communicating directions and expectations to visitors and vendors.

+ Document patrol observations and incident details in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts.

+ The client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
