Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control, and other security-related duties within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and emergency responders as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other building systems when assigned, reporting unusual activity and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.;
Document security-related incidents, patrol activity, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, escalating concerns through the chain of command.
