** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and assist staff, patients, and visitors as required.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities during emergencies and/or incidents to support a secure environment.

+ Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of facility rules and regulations as directed by site-specific guidelines.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Hospital requires proof of vaccines.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
