In this unarmed patrol role you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a healthcare facility to deter security incidents and support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Thu 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site‑specific policies, responding appropriately to situations as they arise.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to maintain visible Allied Universal presence.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing information and directions, and addressing security-related concerns as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Proof of required vaccinations.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Drug screening required as permitted by law.
• Other licensing requirements may apply based on state/local regulations.
