Come join our amazing team at Moreland Courts Condominium Association (MCCA) as the Lead Security Officer. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:00PM. You will be expected to help direct the day-to-day tactical functions of the security and valet team including ensuring all security policies at MCCA are met efficiently to provide a high level of customer service to residents and visitors.
You are responsible for the resident’s general safety and property protection. MCCA security works to report and respond to safety and hazardous situations and are not to intervene, apprehend or detain. It is the responsibility of the head security officer to ensure that the security team doesn’t place themselves in any danger and must notify local law enforcement immediately if any situations are encountered that have a potential for physical danger.
