A company is looking for a Head of Security to scale its security program and build a security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale the existing security program and develop a security strategy and roadmap

• Build and manage a security team, initially working as a hands‑on security generalist

• Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate security risks effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading and managing security programs

• Technical proficiency in areas such as App Sec, GRC, and Data Security

• Ability to build scalable processes and identify automation opportunities

• Background in Engineering is preferred but not required

• Experience in a collaborative environment focused on balancing security and innovation
