• Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members.
• Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents.
• Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Assist with emergencies as directed.
• Assist with check-in and check out process.
• Enforce and adhere to ballpark safety procedures.

• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• No experience or diploma required

• Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach and grasp objects throughout the shift in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
