- Business Dev Representative

In this role, you will be the engine of our growth. You will learn how to navigate complex organizations (or territories), identify business "pain," and present solutions that move the needle.
This is a high-activity, high-reward position designed to promote your growth within our sales organization.
The Daily Grind- Pipeline Building: You will be responsible for the "top of the funnel"—finding new leads through cold calling, professional networking, and creative outreach.
- Relationship Management: You’ll act as a consultant, listening more than you talk to understand what a client actually needs.
- The Pitch: You will learn to deliver compelling presentations (in-person or virtually) that challenge the status quo.
- Continuous Learning: You will participate in intensive sales training to master the art of negotiation and psychological persuasion.
- Competitive Spirit: You hate to lose more than you love to win. You likely have a background in sports, student leadership, or high-volume service.
- Radical Resilience: You view "No" as a request for more information. You can bounce back from a tough call in 30 seconds.
- Coachability: You crave feedback. You want to be told what you’re doing wrong so you can get it right the next time.
- Relatability: You can hold a conversation with anyone, from a CEO to a shop floor manager.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Base salary ($50k-65k) + uncapped commission + car allowance
