Sales Development Representative

Integrity Energy is a fast-growing energy brokerage helping commercial businesses optimize their energy solutions. We’re hiring driven sales professionals to support our Enterprise Sales team and grow into closing roles.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives. This role is ideal for high-energy, competitive individuals who thrive in a goal-driven sales environment. You will be trained by our experienced team of experts and supported through industry leading software and cutting-edge AI technology.

• Prospect and engage enterprise-level decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Enterprise AEs
• Participate in sales calls to support your own career growth
• Manage your own pipeline in Salesforce
• Consistently hit KPIs and performance goals to potentially advance into the Enterprise AE role

• 0-5 years of SDR/BDR experience required

• Self-motivated, competitive, with a relentless desire to win and grow
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and KPI-driven environments
• Coachable, resilient, with the desire to advance in your sales career
