Commercial Business Development Manager

• Provide leadership and account management to profitably grow revenues in the Ohio market.
• Opportunity identification and development, targeted sales activities to propose and secure high-quality orders for systems, services, components, and account management.
• Execute tactical sales activities, including follow-up on sales leads, make targeted cold calls, develop proposals, meet with prospects, etc.

• Meet or exceed target sales revenue goals by identifying and closing business with new and previous clients.
• Understand customer business and service requirements to develop "tailored" systems solutions.
• Monitor client project implementation to meet or exceed customer expectations.

3+ years of selling and account relationship management experience with commercial and/or non-profit organizations.

• History and track record of consistent achievement of sales revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to provide ongoing account management.
• Experience working with client senior management and across functions within customer organizations to gain commitment, obtain resources, and achieve desired results.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Superior professional presence and business acumen.
• Attention to Detail, Communication, Conflict Management, Decision Making & Problem Solving.
• Influence and Persuasion, Negotiating, Planning, Prioritizing & Goal Setting.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

• Base: $60K- $70K + commissions.
• OTE: $120K - 170K+.
