Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Cleveland, OH. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, and managing multiple accounts. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for lead generation, fostering clear and professional communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will involve reaching sales targets, conducting meetings, and representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure the highest level of client engagement
- Experience in Account Management, managing client relationships to drive success
- Ability to identify opportunities and execute strategies for effective Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
