What you’ll doProvide sales support across STMNT, Sexy Hair, #Mydentity, and Deva Curl, maintaining strong product knowledge for all MSDS brands.
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives, identifying growth opportunities and achieving quarterly KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners through regular sales meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning.
Lead field activities, education events, promotions, and key account visits—including in-store demos, in-salon classes, and regional shows.
Manage territory operations, including time, travel, budget, and targeted outreach to key salons, chains, and beauty supply accounts.
Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with proven ability to manage and grow relationships with customers (Distributor Buyers, Managers and Sales Teams)
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required when applicant has strong industry experience
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively within established corporate guidelines.
Experience developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Must have valid driver’s license
Must reside in OH, PA United States
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Social media savvy, with knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels.
Travel requirements:
Up to 50% travel; subject to change based on seasonal activities such as shows and corporate events.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
