As an Outside Sales Representative - Commercial / A&D, you will work on‑site in Cleveland, OH, handling day‑to‑day responsibilities in a full‑time capacity. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and offering exceptional customer service. You will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, staying up to date on Emser Tile's product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deliver tailored solutions.

• Proven skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
• Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service expertise
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work proactively, meet sales goals, and analyze market trends
• Experience in the tile, design, or construction industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
