We are seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead
business development and outside sales growth
in an assigned territory. This role combines
sales leadership, territory management, and commercial roofing solution sales

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of
outside sales representatives - Conduct
sales coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management - Lead a high-performing
regional sales team focused on commercial roofing solutions
- Develop and execute
regional sales strategies
to increase market share - Identify and secure
large commercial roofing contracts - Build relationships with
property managers, facility managers, building owners, and corporate decision-makers
- Conduct or oversee
roof inspections, estimates, and technical sales presentations - Educate clients on
roof repair, restoration, maintenance programs, and replacement solutions - Work with operations teams to ensure
successful project execution
- Manage
sales pipeline, CRM reporting, and revenue forecasting - Maintain strong relationships with
existing customers and strategic accounts - Track leads, proposals, and opportunities to drive consistent sales growth
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience in
B2B sales, construction sales, building services, or facility services - Proven success in
business development and territory management
- Sales leadership or
sales management experience - Commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope industry experience
- Degree in
Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Construction Management
- Strong
leadership and coaching ability - Excellent
closing and negotiation skills - Ability to build relationships with
commercial decision-makers - Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to
climb ladders and access commercial rooftops - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
