Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will work to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, deliver technical sales solutions, manage accounts, and provide outstanding technical support. You will collaborate closely with the internal team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to provide top-notch Technical Support and navigate customer queries with innovative solutions.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the printing or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
