This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Greater Cleveland. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves meeting prospective clients, conducting site inspections, providing estimates, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications- Demonstrated skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction
- Ability to manage time effectively, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in the construction, roofing, or restoration industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
