Customer Service Representative - Parts and Counter Sales

D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Cleveland, OH location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
• Work to establish business relationships with customers
• Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
• Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing of parts and product
• Assist with all shipping and receiving of product for the branch

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
• Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
• Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn new things
• Must be detailed orientated and have strong organizations skills
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position / life 70 pounds

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $26.00
