Sales Associate

(Commercial | Residential | Multifamily) Sales Representative - Construction Location

Hybrid (Remote with office visits approximately 4× per month)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Sales Representative to drive business growth across commercial, residential, and multifamily markets. This role is ideal for a relationship‑driven sales professional who understands construction workflows and enjoys collaborating closely with internal teams to win projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and architects on behalf of Our Client
• Generate new business opportunities within multifamily and commercial construction markets
• Collaborate with Our Client's Owners and Estimators to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations that secure projects
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract award
• Represent Our Client at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows
• Travel regionally as needed to support client relationships and business development efforts

• 3-5+ years of sales experience within the construction industry
• 3+ years of hands‑on construction experience
• Experience with Division 5 (Metals) and Division 8 (Openings)
• 2+ years of experience using Bluebeam Revu
• Strong understanding of construction documents and estimating collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with periodic office visits and regional travel

• Experience supporting or selling into multifamily construction projects
• Existing relationships within regional commercial construction markets
