Overview
Industrial Account Manager (Entry Level) –
Location:
Cleveland, OH. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Annual Bonus + Company Vehicle + Incredible Benefits. Benefits: 100% Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) w/match, Holidays, PTO, Company Truck. Job Type: Full-Time. Travel: 20-40% depending on client needs;
Great Lakes region & New England.

- Act as primary contact for steel mills and industrial accounts
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Communicate customer needs internally across operations and logistics
- Coordinate delivery, product specifications, and service expectations
- Conduct regular customer visits and check-ins
- Monitor account activity, feedback, and service levels; resolve issues proactively
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and account documentation
- Track customer feedback and market trends
- Support leadership with pricing, renewals, and contracts
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
- Continuously develop product, operational, and industry knowledge
- Experience or strong interest in industrial, manufacturing, or raw materials operations
- Proven client-facing skills and professional demeanor required
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and domestically (20–40%) required
