• Client Engagement:

  Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing:
  State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

• Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after completing the PEP agreement.
• Stable Pay:
  Eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional with biweekly stable pay up to 24 months, based on a structured 40‑hour workweek, $27,550 annually.
• Commissions and Bonus:
  Eligible to earn commissions and bonus beyond stable pay.
