We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at RAM Construction Services, Cleveland, OH. To succeed in this role, you should have experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development.
This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. Must be willing to drive & travel for this role.
- Identify and research potential clients, projects, and markets within the construction industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate an informative and professional attitude when working with contractors, customers, and co‑workers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and a commitment to details.
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including typing abilities and computer software operation.
- Must be well organized.
