Sales Manager

Outside Sales Representative / Territory:
Northeast - Rust Belt

We are recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by building strong, long-term customer relationships, maintaining a visible and professional market presence, and supporting continuous improvement in customer service and internal business processes, by:

• Identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
• Growing existing accounts and expanding market share
• Providing regular sales forecasts and contributing to overall sales and territory planning.

This position requires:

• Travel 50–75% of the time throughout the Northeast
• The proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close business.
• A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and being comfortable engaging new contacts independently.
• The ability to work remotely using company systems and technology tools
• Experience selling Cold Bar Steel to manufacturers and suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred;
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful inside and/or outside sales experience.

This position offers:

• Base salary of $65 - $85K and up to 10% annual bonus + profit sharing

• Monthly automobile allowance with mileage, with travel expenses covered
