We’re looking for someone who wants to break into ahigh-energy live events Sales career— a creative, relationship-driven role working directly with senior sales members to help design and sell unforgettable high end social events (awesome Mitzvahs and wedding), corporate activations and celebrations, community events and branded experiences.
This is amentored growth role, not a sink-or-swim sales job. You’ll gain exposure to sales, creative strategy, partnerships, and onsite execution — with aclear path to owning your own accounts and book of business within 8–12 months.
If you love hospitality, theatre, design, branding, and the magic of live events, this role was built for you.
Responsibilities:
Phase One:
Learn, Shadow & Build (0–8 / 12 months)
You will work directly alongside senior sales members and creative teams to learn how high-end events are sold, designed, and executed.
Shadow on:
- Venue walk-throughs and site visits
- Creative planning and design sessions
- Partner and vendor meetings
- Assist with proposals, creative concepts, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
- Learn how to translate client vision into branded, visual event proposals
- Support inbound leads tied to referrals, partnerships, and activations
- Be onsite at events to help ensure the vision comes to life
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, installs, and site visits to support marketing and partner visibility
- Help maintain strong relationships with venues, planners, and partners through thoughtful outreach
Phase Two:
Grow Into Ownership
As your confidence and skills grow, you’ll begin to:
- Own deals, repeat institutional clients, and select social events
- Lead client communication from first call through execution
- Develop your own book of business with commission opportunities
- Continue growing as a creative sales and client-experience leader
What this role is NOT:
- Not a wedding-focused sales or planning role
- Not regular bridal shows or high-volume weddinginbox management
- Not commission-only or “sink or swim” sales
This is a front-facing, people-first role with a clear development path.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in events, hospitality, marketing, sales, theatre, or a related field
- Comfortable talking to people, leading conversations, and being onsite
- Organized, curious, and coachable — you want to learn how things really work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for design and branding; experience creating visual proposals (Canva experience required)
- Comfortable discussing event technology at a high level (you don’t need to run it)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for meetings and events
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
We proudly offer:
- Flexible & Modern Work Culture
- Family & Pet Friendly Environment
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership
- Hands-on exposure to sales, creative, and production teams

- Travel, networking, and real-world event experience
- Incentives, commissions, and performance-based rewards
