Position: Associate Account Executive - Cleveland, OH - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Ethicon Associate Account Executive in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on expanding Ethicon US, LLC product sales, training in product use, and supporting sales activities with the goal of preparing for advancement to an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction
  • Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities; upon successful completion of duties, be eligible to compete for the role as an Account Executive
  • Be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting
  • Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads the customer to action
  • Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage customer questions and objections in line with sales training methodology
  • Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training
  • Provide case coverage and assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room
  • Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge; adhere to the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0 - 2 years business experience
  • Ability to travel as necessary (overnight and/or weekends) and/or relocate as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Established business planning and forecasting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred
  • Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellence in process management and organizational agility
  • Documentation of successful sales performance
  • Ability to work in an operating room

We thank you for considering a career with Johnson & Johnson. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $55,000-$95,000. This position is eligible for a company car through the FLEET program and for participation in company-provided benefits and retirement plans as described in the benefits guides.
