Position Overview: Arrive is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial Parking team.
While this is a fully remote role, the candidate must reside in a state within the Midwest territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach, and present appropriate solutions to prospects.
  • Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual meetings to solicit feedback to ensure Park Mobile is serving the evolving needs of our private operator accounts.
  • Meet regularly with private operator accounts/prospects to present our product features and functionality.
  • Use customer relationship management tools daily to plan meetings, record activity and develop a list of prospects.
  • Participate and coordinate drafting of operator requests for proposals or bids in collaboration with the other departments.
  • Participate in all business development activities (trade shows, conferences, on-site travel to regions and markets, contracting/legal, etc.).
  • All other duties as deemed appropriate.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of technology solutions sales experience; experience selling smart city technologies is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of parking industry experience; successful track record of exceeding annual quota; experience working with private operators in the parking industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ depending on business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and similar tools.
  • Highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic relationship seller.
