Technical Sales Representative

Our client is a World Leading Corporation in industrial automation products with an excellent training program, providing opportunities for promotion and compensation growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with sales office team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business operations and provide face‑to‑face consultations to add value to their organization through implementation of products.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Company expectations and the challenges customers present you.
• Travel to customer locations and work successfully in a wide variety of manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Any major is acceptable – Business, Engineering, etc.
• Goal‑oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to company success.
• Desire for self‑improvement through intensive training, mentorship, engaged management and proactive, process‑oriented sales approach.
• Willingness to travel 3 days each week locally, including 5 to 6 nights/month of overnight travel.

Compensation:

• $61,000 Base Salary + $24,000 Bonus + Car Expense + Expense Account + Comprehensive Benefits Package.
• $85,000 first year
• $100,000–$105,000 in year 2
• Up to $120,000 to $130,000 year 3
