Overview:

We’re looking for driven, opportunity-minded BDRs who think like entrepreneurs and love building something from the ground up. This is a newly formed team, giving you the chance to stand out early, shape processes, and directly influence the growth of our business.

As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in developing new business by finding qualified prospects, sparking conversations, and opening doors that lead to closed deals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach to companies nationwide
  • Identify high‑potential industries and develop outreach strategies to break into them
  • Qualify leads, set quality appointments, and hand off opportunities to closers or take deals across the finish line yourself
  • Manage your own pipeline, follow‑up cadence, and daily activity with minimal supervision
  • Test new approaches, refine messaging, and contribute ideas to help the team grow
