Overview:
We’re looking for driven, opportunity-minded BDRs who think like entrepreneurs and love building something from the ground up. This is a newly formed team, giving you the chance to stand out early, shape processes, and directly influence the growth of our business.
As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in developing new business by finding qualified prospects, sparking conversations, and opening doors that lead to closed deals.

What You’ll Do:- Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach to companies nationwide
- Identify high‑potential industries and develop outreach strategies to break into them
- Qualify leads, set quality appointments, and hand off opportunities to closers or take deals across the finish line yourself
- Manage your own pipeline, follow‑up cadence, and daily activity with minimal supervision
- Test new approaches, refine messaging, and contribute ideas to help the team grow
- A self‑starter who likes figuring things out without hand holding
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, competitive environment
- Resourceful, curious, and comfortable trying new strategies
- Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
- Driven by results, income, and personal growth
- Sales or business development experience is a plus — but drive and attitude matter more
