Territory Sales Manager – Cleveland, OH
Join Haworth, a global pioneer in workspace design, as a Territory Sales Manager in Cleveland, OH. Drive revenue growth by securing new and existing accounts.
Job OverviewAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop strategies to increase market share, manage the sales pipeline, and hit quota while building strong dealer and customer relationships.
Essential Functions- Execute business plan to meet revenue and product mix goals.
- Build trust and secure profitable deals with clients, dealers, and real‑estate partners.
- Stay current on industry trends and network within the territory.
- Collaborate with dealer reps to grow share of wallet and support sales development events.
- Manage marketing and dealer relationship activities, including MAP meetings and DASH initiatives.
- Support global accounts in assigned market‑based locations to meet client expectations.
- Track and communicate sales activity, results, and expenses.
- Travel up to 80% of the time.
- Perform duties with/without accommodation and use office tools as required.
- Sales and marketing expertise.
- Customer and personal service orientation.
- Active listening and persuasion.
- Time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or communications (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of consultative B2B solution‑based sales experience.
- Experience in dealer relationships, commercial interiors or real‑estate preferred.
- Must be able to work in Cleveland, OH without relocation assistance.
- Current U.S. right to work without sponsorship.
- Experience with dealership partnerships and sales operations.
- Contract office furniture or commercial interiors experience.
- Background in real estate, project management, or architecture & design.
