Location:
Cleveland, OH and Columbus, OH
Cleveland/ Up to 36 hours/month (approx. 9 store visits)
Columbus/ Up to 48 hours/month (approx. 12 store visits)
Role DescriptionThis is a part time on-site role located in both Cleveland, OH, and Columbus, OH for a Retail Selling Specialist. The Retail Selling Specialist will interact with customers to provide personalized assistance, demonstrate and sell products, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a superior customer experience. The role involves contributing to sales goals, organizing in-store displays, and supporting the training of team members to maximize product engagement and store revenue as well as lead in store goaled events.
Whatwe are looking for:
- Experience in Sephora, Ulta, or similar beauty retail environments a plus but not required
- Confidence to execute in-store events and inspire both staff and clients.
- Reliability:
Must have reliable transport and be based in the Cleveland Ohio area (where no store is more than 30 miles from you.)
and the Columbus Ohio area (no more than 30 miles from dedicated Sephora stores.)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and provide exceptional service
- Proven Sales experience, ability to hit an hourly goal of $150 with a results-driven approach, focusing on building customer relationships
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to assist customers in selecting products and educating them about their use
- Confidence in Training team members and providing product demonstrations to enhance team and customer understanding
- Passion for the beauty industry and a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
