Event Site Coordinator, Progressive Field

Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Site Coordinators to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

$15.00 - $17.00 / hour

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Able to work in all weather condition
