Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
Hours: Part‑time, flexible, with possible overnight stays.

• Coach and train Inventory Associates—accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.
• Lead & engage—serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, support directives from Area/District Manager, and drive operational excellence.

• Act as a face of the organization to nurture people, technology and processes.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule availability to support District Manager and customer commitments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and consistent commitment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, repetitive hand motions, low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use of ladders, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
