• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, product setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store, to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and comply with safety policies; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws and store policies.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, including Drive-Up or carryout roles.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
