Food Service Utility Supervisor

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a FULL-TIME FOOD SERVICE UTILITY SUPERVISOR position.

Location: 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195.

Schedule: Some evenings/weekends on a rotating basis. SHIFT: 6:30-2:30pm

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set and pursue goals within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of three years of culinary/kitchen management experience.
