General Manager

Overview

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑volume franchise restaurant. The role focuses on delivering Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving profitability and cultivating an energetic, purpose‑driven team.

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards.
• Partner with a corporate leader to set restaurant goals and craft a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching them to set goals, monitor progress, and improve their Departments, which in turn improves the restaurant.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
• Maintain a culture of coaching, continuous improvement, and high performance across all functions.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
• Legal age 18 or older to manage in a corporate owned restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
